Western civilization, after 2,000 years, has now entered a post-Christian epoch. The hemorrhaging of people out of the Christian culture and the declining influence of Christianity on the greater society will only escalate in coming decades and that decline is inevitable and maybe not such a bad thing. What is being rejected is the Christian culture and not the teachings of the historical Jesus of Nazareth.

In this series I am making a radical attempt to separate Christian culture out from the simple essence of Christ’s teachings, giving space for the rejection of the culture while holding on to that simplicity.

This series is intended for those who are disillusioned with the Christian culture, who are contemplating leaving it or have left it, and not for those who are fighting to preserve it. You can view the episode here:
