   Such amazing perseverance you have Mike! Love the update and inspiration as I wait anxiously to get going on some projects here once the 7 or more feet of snow are finally gone! That’s hilarious about the last second water leak with inspector driving up! 😂 I can imagine the intensity and you standing in front of it! Glad you got it easily fixed.
