The Healing Hut
I have a new episode of the Healing Hut published on the You Tube channel. In this episode I do the hard work of finishing the electrical and connecting to the grid. I also have two great rock finds. I also share my thoughts on why tragedy happens in our lives. I did an onsite interview with a newspaper and they are planning on publishing it around the fourth of July, unless, of course they were underwhelmed with the story.
Thanks so much for watching!
On Writing, Including the Grand Enigma
I know, I was writing a series about the Grand Enigma and the fact that all the possible answers for the big questions, our existence, meaning, and morals have absurdities at some point. I was ony at part I of absurdities of atheism. I hoped to write two more parts about atheism and then a conclusion. I will finish this series but something else has bumped it off the front burner.
I love to write. I was toying with writing five new books, the Grand Enigma just one of those. Three of them are fiction. As an act of brainstorming, I had written the first chapters of the three novels. However, I messed around with one novel so much that suddenly I fell through the imaginary portal into a whole other world. Now I am deeply immersed within the characters and the story. Now, all my writing time is entangled with the likes of Dr. Rose (an archeologist, specifically a papyrologist) who, while doing field work in the Herculeneum ruins, stumbles upon a scroll that turns the world upside down.
But here I am, getting up at 2 AM or 3 AM to spend time with Dr. Caren Rose and her sphere of colleagues and family. I therefore do not have time to write on this blog even though a handful of people have told me that it was important to them. But I will get back to it, I promise.
Health Update
For the twenty-fifth month in a row, my labs came back yesterday without a trace of cancer. While my immune system and kidneys are a wreck from the damaged done, no evidence of active cancer. This report might sound boring to others reading it, but to me, it is like for twenty-five months, I’ve won the lottery and feel pure joy when I see the lab results.
I hope things are well with you and thanks for visiting.
Mike
